Solder Pallet Materials

We produce solder pallet material which is a kind of heavy-duty glass fiber reinforced plastic, which is made from glass fibers combined with high-performance resinresins, having extreme strength and excellent electrical, thermal and chemical properties, and good machinability. Normal working temperature at 280°C (max. working temperature below 360 degree 10~20sec).

Solder pallet material is designed and typically recommended for use in manufacturing solder pallets for wave-solder applications of printed circuit boards.

It has the follow features:

•  High-Temperature Resistance:
    It can operate continuously at temperatures up to280°C,
    with intermittent operating temperatures reaching 350°C；

•   Low Thermal Conductivity;

•   Dimensional Stability at High Temperatures;

•   Excellent Machinability:
    It can be designed and processed into soldering pallet      materials suitable for most complex PCBs;

•   Long Service Life:
    It can be reused approximately 20,000 times in high-temperature environments.
