High-performance Flange and Gasket Kit for electrical and industrial equipment
There is special type of composite flange and gasket featuring high-strength epoxy resin insulating sheets (G10/G11) bonded to both sides of stainless steel plates. This design maintains the steel's structural integrity while providing exceptional insulation. The gasket incorporates a custom spring-loaded Teflon sealing ring, ensuring reliable sealing performance and guaranteeing stable, dependable operation of electrical equipment.
Composition of core materials
Epoxy resin fiberglass sheet G10/G11: These are the core materials ensuring gasket insulation performance. G10 is a Class F insulator with a thermal index of 155°C, featuring stable electrical insulation and excellent mechanical strength, meeting the insulation requirements of conventional electrical equipment. G11 belongs to Class H insulation, with a thermal index reaching 180°C and a water absorption rate of nearly zero after 24-hour immersion. It maintains superior mechanical and dielectric properties even under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, suitable for more stringent high-temperature environments. When adhered to both sides of stainless steel plates, they can block current conduction without compromising structural strength, effectively preventing potential hazards such as electrical leakage in equipment.
Stainless steel plate: as the base material of gasket, its core role is to provide stable structural support, give the gasket enough compressive and deformation resistance, solve the problem of insufficient mechanical strength and easy damage when the epoxy resin insulation plate is used alone, so that the gasket can adapt to the mechanical impact during equipment installation and operation.
Spring-loaded PTFE Seals: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) inherently possesses high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and low friction characteristics. When combined with specialized springs, it forms a composite sealing structure similar to a packing seal. The spring provides initial preload to ensure zero leakage under low-pressure or vacuum conditions. During equipment operation, when internal pressure rises, the medium pressure interacts with spring force to achieve a "tightening effect with increasing pressure." Additionally, the spring's elastic deformation compensates for minor misalignments caused by installation or vibration, ensuring stable sealing performance.
Contents of flange and gasket
The flange isolation gasket kit typically includes a flange (made of G10/G11 and 304/316 stainless steel plate), G10/G11 sleeves, G10/G11 washers, and metal washers.

Performance and advantages
1. Provide high reliability sealing and insulation under extreme conditions;
2. Be used for sealing and insulation under all pressures;
3. Withstand extreme working conditions, including large bending moments, vibrations, temperatures, and pressures;
