ESD Application:Antistatic Phenolic Cotton Laminate Sheet

The phenolic cotton laminate is manufactured by impregnating high-quality woven cotton cloth with modified anti-static phenolic resin, cured with high temperature and high pressure. It maintains stable ESD performance after CNC processing.

With standard industrial anti-static parameters, its surface resistivity ranges from 10⁶ to 10⁹ Ω and volume resistivity from 10⁷ to 10¹⁰ Ω·cm. It can release static electricity efficiently without causing short circuits or damage to precision parts, fully complying with international ESD safety standards. It delivers long-lasting anti-static performance. After milling, grinding and other machining processes, its internal conductive structure remains exposed without any degradation of ESD properties.

Reinforced by cotton fabric, the sheet boasts excellent toughness and impact resistance, far exceeding ordinary paper-based phenolic laminates. It features high bending strength, no cracking or delamination during frequent processing, and outstanding wear resistance, oil resistance, as well as resistance to weak acid and alkali corrosion. It is perfectly adaptable to complex industrial working conditions.

In terms of environmental adaptability, the material has low water absorption and excellent dimensional stability, resisting deformation caused by temperature and humidity changes. Its long-term operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to 120℃, with self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties, ensuring safe and stable operation in continuous production scenarios. In addition, it retains moderate insulation strength while achieving static dissipation, balancing ESD protection and electrical insulation requirements uniquely.
